CLUB PARTICIPATION AWARD PROGRAM

                                    DCA Club Participation Points Criteria 

The DCA Club Participation Points have been created to get our club members and associate members more involved in our club functions,
NCCC functions, and our other fellow Corvette Clubs. Also we hope that this will strengthen us as a Corvette club. We want to
 encourage our members to drive their Corvettes as this is what it is all about! Remember, the Corvette wave when you drive by another Corvette.
This has been a tradition since the first Corvettes hit the roads!

The following rules will apply from January 1, 2011 to December 15, 2011.

1) You must attend an event at least one hour or more to earn points. By coming to the event, signing and leaving right away, you will not receive points.

 2) Members are responsible for signing-in at the events. If they forget to sign the sigh-up sheets, they have 10 days
from the event to contact the Club Participation committee with proof that they were present.

 3) Spouses or significant others can sign up for each other as long as both are present at the event.

 4) The event host is responsible for getting the sign-up sheets to the Club Participation committee within 10 days of the event. If no host,
then the individual is responsible for doing this as well as proof that they were at the event. Include the Event name, date and type
of event can be mailed to the Club Participation committee.

 5) There will be a maximum of the number of same event within the same day of two.
Therefore, if there are 3 chance rallies, then only 2 will count for points.

 The points will be updated monthly and posted on Vette.org.

Any disputes must be submitted in writing or by email Club Participation committee,
and they will be addressed and the decision will be final.

3) Individuals are responsible for signing waiver/participation sheets at event or submitting

4) Event chair/ host is responsible for submitting sign-up sheet within 10 days of the event.  
5) Points will not be awarded if individual merely shows signs & leaves. Discretion up to   
      event Host & Participation Committee.
